Monday: No heat Vegan Lunch





Drink: cranberry juice (This can be replace with any juice your child prefer)

Fruit: orange slices, blueberry or other fruits such as apples, peaches or grapes

Snack: pretzels

Lunch: Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked pasta
  • white beans
  • olives
  • tomato
  • vegan feta crumbles
  • chopped fresh basil leaves
  • olive oil
  • salt, pepper
